PFC in the Army Refusing to deploy

 Im going to try to keep this from being to opinionated (especially since this will be the second time writing it since my computer didn't save it the last time!

I have allot of feelings about this. I have a problem with the action of this PFC. I have a problem with the Army's action in deferring his deployment although I understand and agree.

When you join the military you sign a contract with full knowledge that in the case of war you may be called upon and activated to fulfill your duties as an enlisted man in the US armed forces. He signed his contract for the infantry and became airborne this right here almost guarantees his activation in times of war.

I agree that he should not be sent into combat as I would not want him armed next to me in a conflict. Neither does his commander.

A recommendation from the commander of his battalion's rear detachment based at Fort Campbell said if Abdo deployed to a combat zone, he could jeopardize the lives of fellow soldiers as well as his own because of his convictions as a conscientious objector.

Heres what hes going to use to weasel out of doing his job (<--I said I'd try)

The US Army permits soldiers who become conscientious objectors after enlistment to seek either discharge or transfer to non-combatant status under AR 600-43. The regulations require that an applicant go through a rigorous process of examination by a chaplain and a psychologist, followed by a hearing before a US Army officer. The recommendation of the Investigating Officer as well as the recommendations of the applicant's command chain (along with any relevant written rebuttals by the applicant) are then referred to a conscientious objector review board which makes a final determination on the claim.

I in no way would stand next to this man in combat. We do not know how it will affect him. It could end up being another grenade incident  or worse another Ft. Hood like shooting. I do not see him deploying into combat and making it back alive.

He should in no way be allowed to transfer out to some cushy air condition job. He should be forced to deploy and go to Afghanistan and do latrine duty cleaning,scooping,digging and burning for the remainder of his contract. If this is something he is not willing to do so then Brig his ass for the remainder of his contract. Plus I can help but to think that he did as so many others do and joined just to get the benefits.

If the Army were to allow him out of his contract it will be the worst decision they could make. There will be an influx of military members attempting to claim the same for many different religious reasoning's. This can not be allowed and can not go through for him or anyone else for that matter.

C.W. : No they should keep him on contract to prove a point. Not let him out that easy. But would you really want this man to watch your back when the tough gets going? Please he would be the first to sell out if captured by the opposing team. If the Army lets him out they just have to tightened their grips on those who are serving and ready to serve with an ironclad agreement. If they are letting him out know then whats the point of having him sign a contract to begin with? (I fully agree here)

The Obama Administration's Justice Department has been suggesting to various states that they can ignore the 45-day rule for absentee ballots and delay sending them overseas. They are being told they can request waivers of that 45-day rule and that waivers will be generously granted.

Another important fact legal experts have noted is the Department of Justice website, filled with various instructions and information on voting, makes no mention of the 45 day advanced posting rule set forth in the MOVE act.

The dems racism attack and the out come of it. Plus open letter to Tea Party

I was tweeting and talking about this since last week!  Their goal was to derail the progress of the tea party. Which they succeeded in doing! Now most of the Tea party clips you see on the news are press conferences of sorts explaining that there is no racism. Reassuring that they are not. Bringing all the major black members of the tea party to speak out and say that it is not raciest. WE KNOW! This should have not have been given any publicity by the tea party at all!

This was a deliberate attack to defame the tea party. This is something that they have always done and now the tea party has done nothing more than fall into their hands like all the rest in the past. This is an old communist attack used to shut down churches. No being used to attack anything that threatens clout,political power and MONEY. This is more than just the media this is also the NAACP,Politicians,And community leaders. They use this tactic because it works. They call racism to prevent any attention on themselves. Betting that it will cause sheer fear and terror and make them run damage control losing focus on our collective goal of getting this country back on track!

I beg of you Tea party all whom are. Please stop in your tracks and look at what is happening they are winning. Move on ignore them. Ignore the charges.  Ignore the lies. We all know the truth. Allot more people than you think Know the truth about the Tea party. Stop the damage Control and lets get back on track. And lets take our country back!!!!!

 To me for some reason I keep seeing over and over the lotus flower from Greek mythology and the story of Odysseus. If you remember back to high school the lotus flowers had a hypnotic property to the demigods. Essentially trapping them in a state of euphoric bliss. Dead to the reality around them! when they stop eating them they awaken to the reality of the world.

This second Top level aid leaving brings up a question of why. I know we already have the "reason given by Mrs. Romer. But I'm starting to wonder if there is more of an underlined story to this! 

 Maybe an awakening to the fact the the country is headed to hell in a really well spoken hand basket. Maybe realizing that if they do not jump ship now they will be black listed from employment in their educated (sic) fields.

What ever the reasons hidden or not this is not a good sign for Obama. His administration is in a locked conflict with the American people and what we want. As well as constantly ignoring what we want and do not want. As he loses top aides in less than 2 years is this just a peek at what is to come as we also see the dems turn their backs on him.

My take on the ground zero mosque

I have not vocalized my feelings towards the Ground Zero mosque because there have been allot of people who are. People who have allot more pull and political prowess. In example Pamela Geller,Palin,Giuliani. The only reason I am speaking about this Major issue is that it seems that one important issue with htis has not been brought up.

 I want to apologize to miss Geller if I am wrong.

 This is going to be a beacon just like the twins were. This will be viewed MARK MY WORDS ON THIS viewed as a beacon of success and give reason to continue to fight the kafir (non believer). In the place that it is being built it shines out of the ashes of the destroyed American infidel! This is important to understand It will not only stand over it but be seen through it.

You have to understand that everything in islam is symbolic this is a symbolic symbol of victory to al-quieda, Hamas, Hezboliah and so many others.


Now that they have voted to allow it to be built. Out of sheer cowardliness im sure. We get to watch them bask in what the consider glory while others will have to see this as a consent open wound!

Letter from the editor (ME)!

We stand at the second greatest point in our nation. The only other time we were in a position like this was the signing and adoption of the Declaration of Independence and our constitution and article of the confederation.

I would use the first civil war but so many people still believe the lie that it was about slavery and racism. Due in part to the ignorance to look past personal opinion. As well as the indoctrination that it was not about states rights and freedom of succession.

 We are faced with the second to last chance to get our country back. To get our freedoms back. We CAN NOT and MUST NOT vote party lines this election and the next. We need to wake up and realize we have been lied to for decades. We have been deceived into believing a false position. Tricked into accepting that we can only vote for the candidate pick by the DNC or GOP. We have the option to put the right people in office and do not need to vote party lines!

We are at the threshold of our republic. We must not waste our votes nor squander our voice! We need to be in the streets right now getting peoples attention the the truth and the facts of the established politicians of these established entities funded by politicians to force a false agenda!

We MUST fight back with our unalienable rights to remove these people in November and put in place a Government that is for the people of the people by the people. A government who remembers the constitution. One that knows what it says and holds it dear to its heart. One that will not attempt to make a law that will contradict the constitution.Then use our power as the overseers of the government to remove those who do not do as WE instruct them to do! Ones who will make our country safe from foreign invaders of all kinds!

Wake up for this election and start reading about the candidates and finding the truth and get them in!
